  • Kids' Strength & Conditioning Summer Camp! - Purpose Fitness has partnered with Coach Paulette Seaman to provide a unique summer camp designed to facilitate stronger and healthier kids. Our goal: to increase strength, stamina, performance, flexibility, focus, self-esteem, and knowledge. Camps are co-ed and designed for grades 6th-8th, however we accept both younger and older children on a case by case basis. Camps run Monday - Thursday from 10am-2pm. The first camp of 2011 begins June 27th and subsequent camps are scheduled based on demand. We have some spots available for the June 27th Camp, so sign up today to secure a spot before it fills up or if you'd like, for another week of camp. Discounts are available for signing up for 3 weeks or more and for multiple children.
  • FREE Assessment/Workout - A one hour complimentary evaluation/session FREE to anyone who would like to learn more about their body and learn a few personalized exercises that can be done anywhere. Includes: body fat analysis, circumference measurements, muscular balance assessment, and customized stretches/exercises. No obligation to purchase ANYTHING.
  • One-on-One Personalized Training Programs - Customized to your specific goals, abilities, and lifestyle in order to create maximum and lasting results. Packages start as low as $260/month.
  • Personalized Nutritional Counseling - Available via email/text or in combination with training programs. Counseling is free with purchase of personalized training program or $50/month.
  • Saturday Morning Fit Camp - A combination of functional, metabolic, core, and circuit workouts. Fit Camp is a group workout designed for all fitness levels. A great way to start the weekend! Only $10 a workout, requires an 8 week commitment.
  • Club Moving With Purpose - A group of people living active/social lives in community. With various levels of fitness, we meet Sunday mornings all over Orange County and either run, walk, hike, bike, or just engage in some form of activity together. Afterwards, we usually find a nearby coffee shop and hangout. As a group, we regularly put on social events as well.   • Group Classes - We offer small group circuit workouts. There are currently a 30 minute lunchtime group and a 60 minute afternoon group that meet. If you have a group that would like to workout at a particular time, we can arrange that as well. Group packages start at $30/person.
  • Workshops - Our expert trainer and founder, Matthew Seward, is available to present fitness/wellness related workshops for any group. Whether it be for you and your co-workers, friends, or any other group, the workshops are designed to educate and invigorate participants. Like our facebook page to learn about upcoming workshops. Prices start as low as $100/workshop. A minimum of 10 attendees is required to book a workshop.
